Show off your Killteams!

Here's my killteam so far.  I've got the painting down now to the point that I can paint 2 guys to 90% per evening.  I then put the finishing touches on them in the morning or after work.  I've got 5 breachers left to do and the kill team will be done.  I'll bring them on Sunday so anyone who wants to can see them in hand.

Buying, assembling and painting a killteam in a month or two is totally an achievable goal for anyone.  We'll see if the game is any good.

Glad everyone seems to be getting into this, we have our terrain sprayed grey, going to do a basic dry brush and highlight some metal. nothing too too fancy. Idk if it will be ready to bring up Sunday. Should be super easy for evryone to get a killteam painted. Plus every model can be unique if you want. So my Skitarii might be a little different, Also since there are no Dark Angels in the rule book i'm going to pretend their a different faction. I enjoyed my paint job on them and pretty much have a kill team finished from before.

Finally finished up all of my T'au Pathfinders and Drones! My original plan backfired so I ended up redping them and churning em out pretty quick. Was going to put more work into the bases but with a new 9th Age army on the horizon I just wanted to finish off some projects.

Love the look of your T'au, Nathan! The camo looks great and I like the colour choices. Just realized I never really gave them a proper eye.

I was just going to post on the Kill Team thread that i was still working on my stuff slowly just that 9th age project has taken me these last few weeks. But my army is primed and i'm just test painting some figs. Can't decide between purple and gold or red and gold for the Skitarii.

Thanks! My vote is on the purple by the way, red looks great on them but it is far more common. Purple could look beautiful.

Thanks guys! @Sean the bases are made with a combination of rocks sand and grit I've collected over the years and some galeforce basing...shale? I feel like I should have went for more colour variation on the bases but I too liked the grass.

Well some of you know I was fortunate to come into a Killteam box set.

I hummed and hawed about trying to trade it away and get a WarCry Boxset cause you know its Fantasy and swords are cool.

After talking to Pete he pushed me to Warycry and I was game....then I watched an online video on Warycry game play, not thrilling at all.

So I am keeping this box and its cool as I have always been a bit of a fanboy for Space Marines, just cool killers.
Plus now I get to say pew pew while I play a battle, when I did it before it just sounded weird

looking forward to putting some gritty Space Marines on the battlefield

I stand by my statement that Warcry is more fun and looks cooler than Kill Team but that doesn't mean my T'au won't kick your space marine ass.
