Seems that GW is going to be producing army books faster these days.

There are some pictures! Don't really like the snake-surfing skeletons but the alternative "Sepulchral Stalkers" that are kinda like half snake/half ogres look really good. The sphinx model is hit and miss too. I like the independant one but I'm not a fan of the one with the basket on its back. The plastic tomb guard look good though. With all the new unit types the tomb king players are going to see their army change dramatically, hopefully for the better but I guess the book will tell that.

The pictures are spread out throughout that thread starting on page 3.

Was wondering when the sneek peaks would emerge. Agree on the snake riders but love the sphinx and stalkers. The new skeletons are supposed to be able to build both regular skeletons plus tombguard....cool. Can't wait to see the tomb kings back on the battlefield with a vengeance.

im so pumped to see the snakes in there, love the idea behind them and have really liked seeing them in video games i have played. im not going to lie though the one thing i dis not want to see was the sphinx added in there, i don't like it even if the model looked great and the rules for it were fantastic, what i was really hoping for was a giant scorpion, sort of like the stegadons for the lizardmen that could be used as a mount for priests( that way i could move around the casket Very Happy )
. not really sold on the tomb guard either however i like that they have halberds!

Actually I think the war sphinx is a mount.

I look forward to seeing the awesome bone giant conversions that people make using the necrosphinx bits!

Their up for pre-order, and looking great I must say. I might have to make a stegadon out of that sphinx model.

They look amazing. If I already wasn't trying to start up and immediately sell 4 other armies, I'd definitely get into Tomb Kings. Laughing
