Tier System

being new to warhammer ... just having bought my first army and not having even played yet ... hmmmm I should work on that ... anyways I have been reading many posts in forums debating the new rules and how the different armies "should" fare against each other.

I was wondering what you guys think of the new rules in comparision to the armies and how you thought the armies fared with the changes ... who is on top now and who got drop kicked ...
