If you want to do another run of the same shirts I can send you the images. I'm almost certain that I still have them. Before you order a new one we should see if anyone else needs one.

Looking at our attendees we have;

Geoff, going up with family
Peter, going up with girlfriend

Don, potential driver. Leaving ??
Andre, potential driver. Leaving anytime after noon
Sean, coming to Stoon with Don
Carson, gps navigator (lol)
Nathan R
Dwayne
Derek, has fridays off

I will look into hotel room prices and update rough costs.
Hotel for 3 is about $150/night but we have 7 so hotel for 2 is $130/night for 2 plus one room at $150.
Count on $120 per vehicle for gas.
Cost per person should run about $150 each plus spending cash.

I have an unworn shirt if Don and Nathan did not track any down for Sean and Peter

My minivan should be good to go as well, depending on how we want to do it, it seats 7 but 6 comfortably. It also has room for everyoneís armies and luggage.

I have 2 extra shirts. One is large and one is extra large. I wear a large so use that to compare.

I can leave anytime after noon on the Friday. Thanks Andre for organizing rooms.

Thatís too bad Dwayne, wonít be the same without you. That does mean 6 guys will fit in the minivan and 2 hotel rooms for 3 guys each (or 3 rooms for 2 each) which is definitely easier logistically.

Ok so I will book on wednesday. Please weigh in.

I am leaning towards using Nathan's van (cuts down on fuel).
3 rooms (no cots, everyone gets a bed) $120/night plus tax this keeps our cost at the $150 range per person.

Yep, that sounds good to me. $25/person should be good for fuel in the van but I'll keep track and see how much fuel actually costs. If everyone is riding in the van I vote we leave around noon on the friday. We can meet at Andre's as it is close to where we want to leave the city anyway. If you don't want to leave your vehicle on the street I can pick people up, let me know.

Feel like I'm missing a story here haha.

Veil tokens or a smaller counter like the turn counter would be cool.
