Norba Miniatures

I just ordered a few minis from these guys. When they show up I'll let everyone know what the quality is like. I got 2 units for $125, not too shabby.

I looked at these before. Blatant rip offs, but the quality and price seem good.

Those look ass awful. And they'll be int he truer scale LotR sizing.

I agree, some of them do look terrible (especially the ogres) but the ones I got look decent enough for me. I think with a good paint job and some interesting unit fillers and whatnot they'll look the part. As for the scale, they make LOTR stuff and 9th age stuff. The pictures look like they've got the scaling correct for each system as their LOTR stuff looks much different than the 9th age stuff. I'll confirm that when I get it in hand. If they really are terrible I'm only out $125.

I just looked at the home page. The dwarf stuff you bought looks less likely to make someone puke in their mouth.

Haha. It is true that the Teutonic guard don't look as good as the old GW teutogen guard from the storm of chaos but a unit of 30 was less expensive than a blister of those models goes for on eBay.

If they are decent quality I may also get myself some knights forlorn and questing knights.
