I have a couple pictures (on Facebook) of me beside a couple of Tanks from the National War Museum in Ottawa - one of which is a Panther

At the National War Museum I found a couple of things:
1. The Stuart's shovel, pick, & the rest of the tools we all carefully paint
- they are all painted the same colour as the tank
2. The T34-85's are all tractor green (except #'s and slogans)
- except all the bolts on the wheels are red

This makes sense, i noticed alot of large red triangles on the Shermans, im sure this means something.

Heh the germans had an anti air tank called Wirbelwind what a silly name, those germans are funny guys

Its(the only TOG) in Bovington Tank Museum in the UK. I was there in April this year. Saw a Somua S-35, Char B, Jagdtiger, Heztzer, 2x King Tigers. I saw several only surviving tanks too.

I was in Moose Jaw for a ball tournament this spring. Stopped by the armoury and grabbed some pics of the various vehicles.
The sherman is a firefly actually.

Very cool E8!
Have a bunch of pictures of the M113s and stuff there too!
Fireflies look different - the 17 pounder is longer...however neither compare to the ISherman (M51) - that's a beast of a gun!

The E8 or Easy Eight has an upgraded 76mm gun - but it's no 17 pounder

Not S. Grant, but someone who served under him and apparently then became a general.

William Tecumseh Sherman

Grant was a racist hypocrite. haha ok maybe thats not 100% true but at the start of the Civil War, Grant owned slaves and Lee didnt, also Lee wouldnt accept slaves as gifts unless he had to for political reasons and apparently from what i read he treated the gifted slaves as employees as opposed to property. Or something to that effect, i havent read that stuff in a while but yeah interesting. Not a giant Civil War fan, America = Yuck. but War of 1812 i will talk about that all day, how we burnt down the white house, and repelled a massive invasion at Stony Creek and again other stuff that i havent read in a while.
