I'll likely be there around 6. Either at ToonCon or if there isn't room there we'll head to the Den.

If I were want to come look around, is there an admission fee for that, or is it free to come look around?

No $ to allocate
Don't have 3000pts

So yeah... hehe. Might want to drop in to see everyone play a bit, but if there's entry fee to just look around I prolly wont stop by...

Thanks everyone for coming out, it was a great event and looks like all had fun. Congrats to the winners......Nathans army looks amazing all together, Bob went undefeated for the generals award, and Dom's saurus blocks hacked their way to victory.

I had a great last game against Dom and almost, almost broke his stubborn blocks.

We'll start up a new masters tournament series later this year and looks like we will have a games day in the near future.

It was good to see you out. We're going to have to sneak you out of the house more often and get some more games in!

Sorry I didn't get a chance to play you John, we'd love to see you more than just once a year at ToonCon!

Well done Carson, thanks for running the event. It was great to meet a few of the new guys too. Thanks for the painting award, it made all the late nights these last few months worth it. My wife will be relieved that it's over now and I don't have to spend every free evening painting.

Um, there's always more events. Very Happy

A big thanks to Carson for, once again, running a successful event, Thanks to my opponents for putting up with me and thanks to Nathan and Justin for joining us for supper afterwards, that was a ton of fun and delicious food. We need to do that more often.

Again John, Darren and Geoff especially, we need to get you guys out more often. It's pretty apparent what a hobby can be when you get a larger group of good guys playing Warhammer. Do we have to pay you? Very Happy

Thanks Carson for organizing a great event. Special thanks to Nathan R and his lovely wife Sarah for hosting me this weekend.

Favourite part of the weekend is watching the many ways Nathan ' BSB on stag could die. Whether by dinosaur or hell pit abomination he has a survival rate similar to Liam Neason.

It also died to a vampire lord and a horde of bloodletters. I figure I can save a ton of points by dropping him and the two waystalkers. The waystalkers looked good on paper but they didn't kill anything in any of the 5 games I used them in.
