Sigh - I have no doubt. How many showed and what were the results?

We had 10 come out, great day of gaming. Carson went undefeated and won the Masters series, Trevor picked up the tournament victory and Darren walked away with the sportsmanship prize. Thanks to Geoff for putting on a great day of gaming.

Totally wish I was there too. You didn't want to be in my car on the drive home - I was a big pouty lip. Haaaaate people that can't drive on Sask winter roads.

Congrats Carson, Trevor (Skaven are working huh?) and Darren! How did Carson go undefeated and not get first in tourney? Who won best painted?

Carson was running his empire, it didn't seem like a really hard army but he wielded it well. Since he won the masters Geoff gave the prize for the tournament to second place which was Trevor with 2 wins and a draw.

Good job with the Empire!

Isn't the Masters kind of a seperate "event series" from our league? I'm curious as to why a fellow couldn't win both? No painting award?

No painting award. But Carson won a nice wooden sword for the Masters.

Thank you to one and all, enjoyed the day and the games and to Geoff who tossed in the bones to fight over. The room felt so good for a day of dice, battle for the pass was a different way to end the slaughter. I was surprised to get sportsmanship, but it was a joy none the less as my education is going in the right direction and I keep getting this game under my skin. Skaven with there numbers so heavy, Empire with there mobs and hammers, and O@G and omg from I think I can I think I can to i'm fucked, to I think I might I think I might to yup, fucked.
I need to go back to the books and end my streak, need to fix the holes in my game as Ogres worked better last time and now I have no surprises. will have to get better at little things and move past my faults, keep the dam Lizards and just do better. I enjoy the day, the lessons, the dice, and the company.

Cheers boys, fun as always.
